Service delivery policy

1. Delivered online

FMS is software you use over the internet. Nothing physical is shipped, and there is no delivery charge.

Each company gets a workspace of its own, at its own address, such as yourcompany.fms.dvsoft.in, with a database of its own. Your office team uses it in a web browser, and your field team uses the field app in the phone's browser. There is nothing to install.

2. When your workspace is ready

DV SOFT sets up each workspace by hand, within 6–24 hours of:

• your payment, when you buy a plan. A payment made online through Razorpay is confirmed at once. A bank transfer or UPI payment counts from when it reaches us.
• our approval, when you request a free trial. DV SOFT approves trial requests at its discretion.

3. Your sign-in details

When your workspace is ready, we email your administrator's sign-in details to the email address on the order. The order status page shows your workspace's address as soon as it is ready. For a paid order, your GST tax invoice comes with the sign-in details.

4. Where we serve

We provide FMS to companies in India. Prices are in Indian rupees, plus GST.

5. Checking your order

Use the order status page. Enter the order number from your confirmation page and the email address you ordered with. It shows where your order or trial request stands, and how to pay if payment is still due.

6. If set-up is delayed

If your workspace is not ready within the time above, write to us through the contact page, quoting your order number. We will tell you the reason and when it will be ready.

If we cannot set up your workspace at all, we refund your payment in full, as the cancellation and refund policy describes.
