How plans are counted, billed and set up.
Anyone switched on as a field rep: the people who use the field app to start the day, check in at customers, or raise orders and claims. Office staff who only use the console — your Company Admin, managers and the marketing head — are free and not counted, and neither is DV SOFT's support sign-in. Customers are never counted.
FMS asks you to move to the next plan before you add more field sales people than your plan covers. Nothing you have recorded changes when you move, and the new plan's price applies from your next invoice.
No. Prices are shown without GST, and GST is added to each invoice at the rate in force.
Choose Buy now on a plan. You receive a proforma invoice with your order number and our bank and UPI details. Pay by bank transfer or UPI, quoting the order number, and we set up your workspace within 6–24 hours of payment. Your GST tax invoice is issued when the workspace is ready.
Choose Request a free trial on a plan. The trial runs for up to 21 days on that plan. We review every request, and once it is approved we set up your workspace within 6–24 hours. No payment details are taken for a trial, and nothing is charged when it ends: before then we contact you about continuing on the plan that fits your team.
Yes. A year is invoiced once, in advance, and costs 0 months free less than paying monthly for twelve months.
Yes. Moving to a bigger or smaller plan changes how many field sales people you can have, and the price from your next invoice. The records you have already entered stay as they are.
