Reports
Geographical coverage, visit completion, employee performance, product performance, order book, field expenses, customer growth and business opportunities.
Features
The field app for people on the road and the console for those who manage them — one set of records, no second entry.
Latest visits
The field app
The field app runs in the phone's browser. A representative starts the day, works through the plan, checks in at each customer and files the report before leaving.
Today's plan
Attendance is marked from the phone with the time and the phone's location. No register to sign at the office.
With no signal, a visit report waits on the phone and is sent when the network returns. Sending it twice does not file it twice. Photos are not queued.
Chrome on Android or Safari on iPhone. Nothing to download, nothing to update.
The manager console
The console is where the day is reviewed and decided: who started work, visits done and missed, and the orders, claims and leave waiting for a decision.
Latest visits
Who started work today, visits done and missed, and what is waiting for a decision.
A manager sees their own reporting line and territories; a field representative sees their own customers and plan.
Orders, expense claims and leave approved or returned, each decision recording who made it.
Visits and beat plans
Plan the calls, check in at the customer, then file the report with your industry's own questions, a photo and the next action.
Managers plan calls for a person and a day. A planned visit nobody checked in against is marked missed, so coverage counts work that did not happen.
Checking in at a customer records where the phone was. The check-in time is kept on the server, so a report sent later does not read as a late visit.
What was done, the products discussed, your industry's own questions, a photo where the activity needs one, and the next action.
A next action with a due date raises a follow-up on its own, and an opportunity noted on the report raises a lead. Nothing is typed twice.
Leads, quotations and orders
From the first conversation to an approved order, with every price kept as it was offered. A returned order carries the reason, so the representative knows what to fix.
A simple pipeline from enquiry to won or lost, with the estimated value and expected close date.
Raised in the field, sent, accepted or declined. A quotation past its date reads as expired without anyone marking it.
An accepted quotation becomes an order with its lines and quoted rates carried across, and the order remembers which quotation it came from.
The rate is copied onto each line when it is written, so changing the price list tomorrow does not change an order placed today.
Expense claims
One claim covers a span of days, one line per expense, with a photo of each receipt. Draft, submitted, approved, paid.
Each expense type can carry a cap. Lines over it are flagged for the approver, who may allow less than was claimed. The claim shows what was cut.
Submitted, approved, then paid — each step with who did it and when.
Leave, holidays and the register
Each day of the month is worked out as present, on leave, holiday, weekly off or absent. Approve last week's leave and last week's register corrects itself.
Requests from the phone, approved or declined by the manager.
Your company's holiday list, which can be imported from a spreadsheet.
The register counts payable days, ready for whoever runs your payroll. FMS itself does not run payroll.
Targets and campaigns
Targets per person and period for visits, customers covered, new customers, leads, orders, order value and accepted quotations. Achievement is counted from the records, never typed in.
Product launches, demonstrations, medical camps and farmer training programmes, with dates, budget and status.
Reports, imports and set-up
Numbers are counted from the records themselves when the page is opened, so a corrected report corrects the scorecard.
Geographical coverage, visit completion, employee performance, product performance, order book, field expenses, customer growth and business opportunities.
Every report downloads as CSV for a spreadsheet, or prints to PDF for a review meeting. A single visit report prints too.
Customers, employees and holidays from a spreadsheet. Upload, review the rows, then commit. A corrected file updates rather than duplicates.
Customer types, visit activities, expense types and extra fields on customers and visit reports, all edited from the console.
Regions, areas and beats; divisions; employees and who they report to.
Company Admin, marketing head, manager and field representative, each seeing what their role allows.
Platform
Each company runs in a database of its own. Another company's records are never in it.
Your company signs in at its own web address. Your own domain can be added on request.
Every create, change, delete, approval and sign-in is recorded, and can be filtered and exported.
Reports wait on the phone without a signal and send themselves later.
Every report, ready for a spreadsheet or a review meeting.
DV SOFT support signs in under its own name, with a reason, and every action is logged.
Plainly
What FMS does not do, so nobody buys it expecting something it does not have.

We will walk through a day for a representative in your industry, from day start to the manager's report.
